On August 11th, 2015, China Security & Fire Co., Ltd., held its 10th Directors Meeting of 9th Board in Shenzhen, Shanghai and Beijing through video conference. Resolution on company’s real estate purchases and related transactions, as well as resolution on proposal to hold 5th interim shareholders meeting in 2015, were passed in this meeting.
