China Security & Fire Co., Ltd., held the 18th Meeting of the 9th Board and 13th Meeting of Supervisors Committee on February 24, 2016. At the Directors Meeting, “Resolution on China Security & Fire’s Stock Option Incentive Plan (Draft) and its Summary” and “Resolution on Appointment of China Security & Fire’s Deputy General Manager” were passed, among other resolutions. In the Supervisors Meeting, “Resolution on China Security & Fire’s Stock Option Incentive Plan (Draft) and its Summary”, and “Resolution on Supplementing Supervisors and Chairman of Supervisors Committee” were passed, among other resolutions.
According to the draft stock incentive plan, China Security & Fire has proposed granting 3,850 stock options to 473 employees, which include managers, core technology staff and other key employees in China Security & Fire and its subsidiaries. This stock option plan will not only be beneficial for China Security & Fire’s future growth, but will also ensure its development strategy and operational objectives.
