On May 23rd, 2016, China Security & Fire Co., Ltd held the 26th Meeting of 9th Board and 21st Meeting of 9th Supervisors Committee. Several resolutions were passed in the directors and supervisors meetings, including “Resolution on Change of Accounting Policy”, “Resolution on Adjustment of Uses of Fund Raised in Non-public Offerings” and “Resolution on Plan for Non-public Issue of A-shares (2nd Amendment) and its Abstract”.
