On June 14th, 2016, China Security & Fire Co., Ltd., held its 4th Interim Shareholders Meeting 2016 at Radisson Hotel Shanghai’s Conference Center, in Hongquan. Several resolutions were passed in the meeting, including “Resolution on Proposal of Signing Change of Contract: Shares Sales Agreement”, “Resolution on Change of Accounting Policy”, “Resolution on Offering Guarantee to Hong Kong Subsidiary for its Bank Loan” and “Resolution on Overseas Subsidiaries Having Proposed to Apply Financing from Overseas Financial Institutes”.
