China Security & Fire Co., Ltd. held its 30th Meeting of 9th Board on July 14th, 2016. Several resolutions were passed at this meeting, including “Resolution on Nomination of Director Candidates”, “Resolution on Appointment of Board Secretary”, “Resolution on Supplement to Members of Board Nomination Committee”, “Resolution on Wholly-owned Subsidiaries Applying for Bank Loan”, “Resolution on Development of China Security & Fire Co., Ltd. Disclosure Management System for Debt Financing Instrument from Non-financial Enterprises” and “Resolution on Holding 6th Interim Shareholders Meeting 2016”.
With approval at the Directors’ Meeting, Deputy General Manager, Mr. Fu Xin was nominated as a Director candidate and Deputy General Manager, and Ms. Wang Lei was appointed as Board Secretary. Mr. Fu Xin quit his position as Board Secretary.
